The mSKOK application is an intuitive and convenient access channel to funds accumulated in Cooperative Savings and Credit Unions*, intended for Members who have the eSKOK service.
The application is available for mobile devices with Android 5.1/iOS 10.0 or higher with Internet access.
Activation of the application should be made on the eSKOK website by activating the access channel in the settings. More information can be found on the website www.eskok.pl in the "Mobile Application" tab and in the User Manual available in the "Documents to download" tab.

Basic functionalities:
- Settlement account - immediately after logging in to the application, you will receive information about the amount of funds available on the settlement account, you will get acquainted with the history of operations on the account and quickly make a new transfer.
- Transfers - you can quickly and conveniently make a one-off external transfer, own internal transfer, to a defined recipient, as well as a standing order. You can also make the transfer again and make a return transfer to the sender, as well as download confirmation of the transfer in pdf format or send the confirmation via applications available on your mobile device. You will confirm the ordered instructions with your PIN code. There are also Google Pay payment options, a transfer based on a scanned QR code and sending a transfer request to another person.
- Instructions - you can view and control fund transfers and deposit instructions ordered in the last 30 days, both through the mSKOK application and via the eSKOK website or through the Tele-skok Operator, and check the status of their implementation on an ongoing basis.
- Savings - you will get information about savings accounts and deposits held at SKOK, along with their history of operations, you will open or terminate a term deposit
- Cards – you will get information about all cards issued to the current account and about the total monthly limit granted to all cards issued to the account and all limits granted to a given card. You can also enable/disable contactless and online payments, block a card and activate a new card.
- Loans and credits - you will get information about credits and loans held in SKOK, along with their history of operations.
- Settings - you can check or change transfer limits at any time, change the Mobile Application PIN and manage notifications in the application. From the application level, you can also check or change your data, send a message to SKOK or read a message from SKOK, manage the list of devices connected to your account. if
Security:
Using the application is possible after pairing (connecting) the application with the account using a login and an individual access password.
External transfers made through the application are subject to transfer limits assigned to the account.
The duration of the session in the application is 5 minutes.
In order to ensure the security of the application, we recommend:
- Installing the Mobile App only from official Google Play sources.
- Installation and regular updating of anti-virus software on the mobile device.
