Lawyer, Polish social and cultural activist, organizer of musical life in Bydgoszcz, since 1993 an Honorary Citizen of Bydgoszcz. He was the originator and creator of numerous non-regional artistic ventures. For his services to Polish culture, he was awarded the highest state orders.
