e-PGF Mobile Pharmacist Assistant is an application that intuitively guides pharmacists through the delivery acceptance process. It also allows you to return products or submit a complaint for products that are objected to when accepting the delivery. The user may report non-compliance with the batch number for the product and overstate delivery, i.e. delivery of an "extra" product that is not included in the financial document. The application also allows you to review the complaint protocols reported during delivery and allows you to track changes in the status of complaints.
The application can be operated both over the phone and on a scanner.
