About Focus Webphone Mobile

WebPhone Mobile is a new mobile application that allows you to perform
and recording VoIP calls using agents' mobile phones. This application includes all the functions that are available in the standard version of WebPhone, i.e. handling calls within and outside the campaign, access to the list of contacts and the list of missed calls and the history of contacts. All calls made using WebPhone Mobile are recorded and saved in reports. It is also possible to use the application in integration with external CRM systems.

WebPhone Mobile can be used to handle calls within
helpline on agents' mobile phones. The user will be able to
call customers, answer their calls, verify and edit them
data or call back people who failed to connect to the agent.

WebPhone Mobile is designed for companies where work is done
is remote, hybrid or in the field. It is a great solution for
employees who need constant access to customer data, but
they move between company branches and do not have access to a computer.
This solution will also work for mobile sellers who
they do part of their work in the field, e.g. at meetings with clients.
