You can send your parcel conveniently in InPost Mobile - without printing the label, 24/7 and through any Paczkomat®. It is enough to open the box remotely with one click, scan the QR code or enter the posting code on the Paczkomat® device screen and it's ready!
👉 You open the cache remotely
One of the main functions of the application is the remote opening of lockers, which allows you to receive and send parcels without having to use the screen of the Paczkomat® device. Click on the "Open cache remotely" button and your cache will open by itself!
👉 You extend the delivery time
Each user of the application can conveniently extend the collection time of the parcel by Paczkomat® by 24 hours. The service of extending the collection time is very intuitive - 12 hours before the deadline for collecting the parcel, the "Extend" button will appear in the application. You need to click on it, pay and ... ready!
👉 You return packages quickly and conveniently
Tired of online shopping returns? Not with us! Each InPost Mobile user can conveniently return a parcel to partner stores! You do not need to print the label, just fill in the return data and send the parcel via any Paczkomat®.
👉 You can easily redirect a courier package
You won't be at home and you expect an InPost courier? Now in the app you can conveniently redirect a courier parcel. Choose the option that is most convenient for you! Paczkomat®, PaczkoPunkt or redirection to a neighbor. All you have to do is click "Redirect" next to the selected shipment, and then select your new preferred delivery option.
👉 You place a shipment in the Easy Access Zone
The Facilitated Access Zone is a solution that enables the delivery of parcels to the lower-lying boxes in the Paczkomat® device. The functionality is addressed to short people and people with disabilities. If you want the package to be placed in the Zone, in the package details next to the question "Do you want to place the package in the Easy Access Zone?" select the "Activate" button.
👉 You have all packages in one place
Parcels, including courier ones, which have been ordered within the last 30 days to the phone number assigned to the application, will be visible in the application immediately after logging in.
👉 You receive parcels as part of Multiskrytka
Multiskrytka is an option that allows you to collect many parcels from one box of the Paczkomat® device. Packages that have been placed in Multiskrytka are grouped in the application in one message and highlighted in blue.
👉 Paczkomat® machines are always close to you
In the application you can easily find every Paczkomat® and PaczkoPunkt. All you have to do is click on the map, and with the location turned on, the application will show you the nearest InPost points.
👉 You pick up packages on the way
Thanks to the geofencing-based notification function, we will remind you to collect the parcel when the Paczkomat® is nearby. Turn on notifications for InPost Mobile on your smartphone, specify the radar range in the application settings and you're done!
👉 You always know where your package is
Using the application, you can track all the packages you are waiting for. What's more, thanks to notifications you are up to date with changes in the status of your shipment.
