During loss, after reading the barcode, the application displays to us when the item was last rented and how many loans were in total. If we find that there is no point in keeping it on the shelf, click the LOCK button. The database, just like in the case of auditing accounts, is sent by e-mail for further processing - printing of reports, etc. Read barcodes of items which, e.g. we transfer to the warehouse, we can collectively adjust their availability, reference numbers, link a picture signature, etc.
