The application is dedicated to all owners and managers of construction facilities, both those of small areas that do not require keeping a construction book, and those facilities to which the Construction Law Act imposes the obligation to keep such a book and to conduct periodic control tests.
The idea to build such a portal was based on the experience gained during many years of work in the construction industry dealing with the design of buildings, supervising their implementation and handing over the objects for use.
During many years of work, we have noticed that in many cases buildings used by business owners were characterized by a complete set of documentation and up-to-date inspections at the time of handing over the building for use. Later it was forgotten not because of the savings of the owner of the building, but because of ignorance and lack of information reminding about the upcoming periodic inspections. The problem and the knowledge that the owner uses the building without up-to-date inspections and periodic inspections appeared very often during random events in the facility or during the increasingly frequent inspections of the facilities by authorized services.
In order to meet the needs of owners and managers of construction facilities and new electronic network standards, we have created a digitized form of the Construction Object Book. The electronic version of such documentation allows for full interactivity of the user with the information collected in it.
