Rasa+ is a free platform that offers a wide selection of homemade food across Malaysia. We focus mainly on small businesses and home sellers by providing them a platform to be discovered by the market. It differs from traditional food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Food Panda, and so on) where Rasa+ does not involve in transactions and deliveries between seller and buyer. We do not provide an ordering/payment system, therefore no charges involved. The buyer simply uses the in-app chat feature to deal with the seller. Order confirmation can be made from the buyer by using the Make Offer feature where the seller can then accept or reject the offer in realtime.
The following is a simple Workflow of how Rasa+ works:
1. Seller post their product for free forever without limit
2. Buyer explore and search for products
3. Buyer chat with the seller to confirm a deal using the Make Offer feature (In-app messaging)
4. Seller respond and confirm by accepting or rejecting the Offer made (In-app messaging)
4. Buyer pays the seller directly depending on seller's modes of payment. (Practise our safety tips)
5. Seller prepares the order and delivers it to the buyer.
6. Buyer and seller give a rating to each other
In terms of dispute, the buyer or seller can contact Rasa+ admin for resolution.
