Reassuring: if necessary, you can contact your Prepaid Cards Customer Service(1) with an automatic connection (in particular for blocking your card).
Secure: to access the personal space on the mobile application, you must use the username and password that were sent to you by mail when you subscribed to your prepaid card. If you forget your ID, you can request it again(2) by calling the Prepaid Cards Customer Service(1) .
The access codes to La Banque Postale online services do not allow you to access the Prepaid application.
