A range of training modules delivered by the Kickstart app to aid employability support with progress and question sets monitored and stored for DWP and Gateway audits.

Regular Reviews
Candidates and employers both complete monthly placement reviews covering a wide range of markers.

Timekeeping
Scheduled shifts and hours can be entered in to the Kickstart App allowing both candidates and employers to receive role-related notifications and alarms.

Goal Setting
The Kickstart App helps candidates configure, set and store their own goals and targets.

Notification Centre
Helps manage the candidate through their Kickstart journey, from initial interviews, pre-work alerts, feedback and training activities.

Data & Reporting
For employers, gateways and DWP audits - a comprehensive MI dashboard and reports detailing performance down to an individual level.

CV Builder
The Kickstart App allows candidates to build their own CV or upload an existing CV and modify it using our market-leading CV templates.

Profile & Job Search
Each candidate has their own profile created by the Kickstart App which can then be used to create profiles on LinkedIn and submitted to a range of job boards and marketplaces.
