In this way, the Ministry of Labor issued the Safety Regulation for Fall Protection at Work in Heights (Resolution 1409 of 2012), which is strictly compliant for employers, companies, contractors, subcontractors and workers of all economic activities of the formal and informal sectors of the country; therefore, this must be evidenced in the program of prevention and protection against falls from heights immersed in the management system of safety and health at work SG-SST.
