AgroGo is an intelligent system for accounting and optimizing logistics processes in the agro-industrial complex (AIC). The application is intended for drivers of grain carriers and agricultural cargo.
The application provides the following features:
• Operational search and selection of an application for transportation;
• Planning in places of loading and unloading;
• Electronic document management (EDM), ETTN reporting system (form SP-31);
• Rating of customers.
How does the service work?
1. The customer places an order on the stock exchange (indicates the type, weight of cargo, tariff, place and terms of transportation), which is visible to drivers.
2. The driver in his region sees the application in the system and sends a response to the transportation of goods.
3. The customer reviews the responses and agrees on the transportation.
4. The driver goes on a flight, the customer monitors the cargo.
5. Upon completion of the flight, the driver and the customer receive an ETTN (electronic waybill in the form of SP-31) for the flight.
6. After the completion of the transportation of the entire volume of cargo to the customer, a register of consignment notes is automatically generated.
