The DAR Portal mobile application was created to provide informational and analytical support for families raising children with disabilities in the Moscow Region from birth to 21 years old.
The application is intended for the realization of the rights of a disabled child in the Moscow Region to state-guaranteed social services, education, employment, self-determination in society and to assist the family in which the child is raised to exercise this right!
By installing the application you can use the services of the Unified Social Support Service for Disabled Children of the Moscow Region "DAR" for free.
