How it works
Choose a category and come up with a title. Make a description where you describe in detail the essence of the problem. Attach photos and videos to make the description clearer. After you send the message, it will be delivered to the department responsible for solving the specified problem.

What then?
After reviewing your message, you will receive a response from a department employee, which will indicate the time frame and a way to fix the problem.
Assessment of works
Evaluate the quality of the work performed upon the expiration of the deadline indicated by the employee of the department in the response. If you are not happy with the results of the work, file an appeal (re-report).
