The Integrated Emergency Management System (SPGDT) is an integrated and call center-based emergency victim/patient service mechanism using a telecommunication access code by involving the community. SPGDT aims to improve access and quality of emergency services and speed up the handling time for emergency victims/patients so as to reduce mortality and disability rates. SPGDT plays an important role in community services at the district/city, provincial, and national levels.
