PRIMAVERA Manufacturing

The Data Collection Terminal is a touchscreen and mobile solution designed to simplify data collection on the shop floor.

Using this application, Operators are able to:

• Start and finish picking operations - Machine and / or Operator;
• Report consumption of raw materials by Manufacturing Order / Operation;
• Report stock entry of finished, intermediate and by-products;
• Start and stop shutdowns by Manufacturing Order;
• Enter quality records;
• Access queries to analyze manufacturing orders in production, as well as work that has
been started and is pending completion.

The data collected is automatically integrated into the PRIMAVERA ERP / MES Manufacturing solution.
