MyADSE

The latest version of the MyADSE app, launched in May 2024, has a new, more appealing and user-friendly look and includes the functionality most requested by users: Refunds, in addition to status monitoring, are now possible to do quickly a New Refund Request is intuitive, with step-by-step help. The Digital Beneficiary Card is now available on the main screen (all household members' cards in the same place) as well as quick access to the latest movements related to reimbursement requests from the entire family.

Features that remain: Updating holder and family data, Searching the ADSE Provider Network, Access to reimbursement and Home and Home Support simulators, Limits on use in the free regime, Global Position, Frequently Asked Questions and Contacts.

This version includes several new features, improvements and corrections that make it more useful, complete, consistent and pleasant to use. Several improvements and simplifications were made taking into account user comments and suggestions.

FUNCTIONALITIES
As for new features, the app now allows entitled beneficiaries to:

- make New Refund Requests for any member of the household
- use the ADSE Digital Card more easily, available right on the main screen of the APP
- immediate access to the latest movements related to refunds
- refunds now have direct access, with consultation by state.


The app continues to allow:
- easily update the household's personal data, such as email, address, mobile phone, IBAN and identification documents,
- consult the limits applicable to health care under a free regime, per household beneficiary ("Limits under Free Regime"),
- consult the summary of discounts and healthcare expenses ("Global Position"),
- search for health care providers from the ADSE Network near your location ("Providers"),
- access to simulate the amount of reimbursement for healthcare in the free regime and in Homes and Home Support,
- obtain clarification through the Frequently Asked Questions,
- find out the main contacts of ADSE, I.P.
