Instalei a app apenas para usar a função de reembolso, mas esta nunca funciona. Sempre que tento submeter um pedido, surge uma mensagem de erro. O problema existe há cerca de três meses e continua sem solução. É surpreendente que uma seguradora demore tanto tempo a corrigir uma funcionalidade tão essencial. Neste momento, a app é pouco útil.
