The MEO Smart WiFi app allows you to autonomously manage the WiFi in your homes with FIBERGATEWAY, anytime and anywhere, using your smartphone or tablet.
It can simply and securely change passwords, consult and customize connected devices, pause the internet, set access times, share credentials, diagnose and optimize the quality of your network and much more.
Install and use the MEO Smart WiFi app for free on smartphones and tablets with Android 6 or higher operating system to:
• control and customize FiberGateway (models GR241AG and GR141DG), MEO Smart WiFi Extenders (models D2150G and D2260G) and the devices connected to them.
• assess the quality of the Wi-Fi signal from any router it is connected to, without the need to login to the application.
Activating the MEO Smart WiFi functionality ensures better Internet service at home, making it easier to use. The choice of 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi networks to be used, in each location, by each device, is no longer necessary, as there is now only one intelligent and reliable network that allows mobility.
Increasing the home's Wi-Fi coverage according to the needs of other services (television, videoconference, music, games, sensors, etc.) is easy and fast with MEO Smart WiFi Extenders that distribute the benefits of this technology throughout all rooms of the house .
CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO LOG IN TO THE APP:
• ENTER with FiberGateway administration credentials (see sticker on base). This mode is available when you are at home connected to your wireless network with the Wi-Fi credentials of your Meo access. Recommended for first access.
• ACCESS WITH MEO ID allows access from anywhere, inside (Wi-Fi and mobile network) and outside the home (mobile network). The app allows you to create your MEO ID, however you will only be able to access it if you have the MEO Smart WiFi functionality active (option available on the Wi-Fi tab) and your Meo ID associated with the MEO Fibra product on My Meo (meo site. en or My Meo app).
Important: if you haven't changed your FiberGateway administration password yet, you can do it with the MEO Smart WiFi app, increasing the security of your access.
