About the FinantiaNet App
The FinantiaNet application is a platform of Banco Finantia's Private Banking service developed exclusively for its individual customers, as a mobile complement to the electronic banking portal www.finantianet.pt.
Through it, you can quickly and securely access your assets at Banco Finantia, anywhere or at the time that suits you best, from your smartphone.
Functionalities
The FinantiaNet App will be constantly evolving and improving, with the aim of making your relationship with Banco Finantia even more agile, pleasant and productive. Currently, the operations and functionalities available are:

It has become simpler to contact your account manager, who will be at your disposal whenever necessary, via email, telephone contact or via WhatsApp.
Registration and Use
Once the installation is complete, you must register with FinantiaNet for the first time. To do so, you must use the same credentials with which you access Banco Finantia's homebanking on your computer*.
1. Enter your FinantiaNet User Code
2. Then, enter the Access Code* and click on Login.
3. From that moment on, the application will remember your identity. To enter, you will only have to validate your login by entering the Access Code or use your biometric data (fingerprint or facial recognition, if available on your device).
* Please note that you must use the codes you already use on the finantianet.pt portal. We recommend that, for security reasons, you regularly change your Access Codes. However, you should keep in mind that records are shared between the two platforms. That is, if you create a new code in the APP, for example, you will also have to use it on the computer.
Specifications
FinantiaNet is ready to work on your Android smartphone*. You should always download the application from its official source, the Google Play store. To install it, complete the Registration process by following the instructions on your device.
Minimum requirements: Android 5.0 Lollipop or higher.
*There is also an iPhone version, accessible via the AppStore.
How to recover a blocked access?
After three failed login attempts, FinantiaNet will need to be unlocked by selecting the Recover Access Code option on the home screen.
If you need assistance, your Private Banker will be available to help. You can also request assistance by calling 217 202 020, on weekdays, from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Safety
The communication between your smartphone and Banco Finantia is encrypted and carried out through secure channels, in order to ensure the confidentiality of your data. Additionally, all operations that affect your assets will be subject to additional validation, and an SMS code will be sent to you so that you can confirm the veracity of the transaction in real time.
costs
FinantiaNet is a courtesy service for Banco Finantia customers, so its use will be completely free of charge. The only exception will be / the commissions already provided for in the price list on interbank transfers and other financial operations.
