LITORAL RURAL's main purpose is the implementation and management of a Local Development Strategy (EDL) in an intervention territory that covers parishes in the municipalities of Maia, Matosinhos, Póvoa de Varzim, Santo Tirso, Trofa and Vila do Conde.
