The Olhar Quarteira program is an initiative that aims to promote the participation of citizens in improving the quality of life, through collaboration with the Parish Council of Quarteira in promoting a service of proximity, detection and correction of anomalous situations in public space.
This program provides for the creation of a network of volunteer tutors, who will act as privileged interlocutors between the population and the parish services and who will be responsible for monitoring, in the areas assigned to them, the state of urban cleanliness, the maintenance of green spaces, the sidewalks, recreation and leisure areas, among other situations. The occurrences signaled by the tutors will be considered a priority for the Autarchy.
This is an initiative of the Parish Council of Quarteira and the Oficina Association, in partnership with Onesource and the support of the Municipality of Loulé.
