"Contracting PY" is the official android application of Public Procurement portal Paraguay.
Main objective: To provide potential suppliers or bidders state a tool to access daily to tenders of different purchasing methods, published in the Information System of Public Procurement of the Republic of Paraguay. In addition, users will have the ability to receive alerts for changes in tenders in which they are interested.
Secondary objective: To assist the managers of the institutions or anyone who wants to track state tenders.
