This app is a tool developed by medical students at UNIVALI and has the purpose of helping and standardizing the continued care of mental health patients in the primary care network.
In it the user has an objective questionnaire with essential points for a home visit or even consultation in patients with mental health demands (depression, schizophrenia, bipolarity, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, etc.)
The collected results are formatted in a report that can be copied for the patient's evolution, in a standardized manner and in a language accessible to any primary care professional.
Since the bond is one of the greatest predictors of treatment adherence and success, routine use estimates the strengthening of the bond and consequently the mental health of SUS users.
