The passenger will log the complaint with some basic details like Name, Mobile no, Complaint Type etc,
The main feature of the system is that passenger will click the photo of object / complaint, this picture will be the GEOTAG photo.
At the administrative level, we can get the exact location of the complaint using Google map and any one can navigate to the location by using Google navigation.
