Users can select from five workout types: Pushups, Squats, Jogging, Bench press and Deadlifts.
The user enters their weight, and height. Then enters their workout, and their energy output is calculated.
Example: I am 72inches tall, 200 pounds, I can do 100 push ups in 180 seconds. The work done (in joules), the power output in watts and the amount horsepower exerted is calculated and displayed for consumption.
