Customers where their care moments are registered with the help of the Fair Care app can feedback their satisfaction with the Fair Care Experience app. This information is then stored in Fair Care in a transparent manner that cannot be adjusted unilaterally, so that it is immediately visible to the care provider and the client how the care provided is experienced. Because this feedback is quickly available, action can also be taken much earlier, so that the desired result can be achieved more quickly.
 
The feedback can be given in a very simple way, by scanning the Fair Care card and selecting the corresponding indicator. You can choose from three "smileys": satisfied, neutral or dissatisfied. The Fair Care Experience app automatically ensures that this satisfaction measurement is linked to the last care moment.
