The City Hall of Sector 4 makes available to the citizens the new mobile application that becomes an extraordinary tool useful both for the residents of Sector 4 and for those in transit or who have various needs related to the local public administration.
With a friendly interface, very easy to access and use, the app is available to all Android and iOS mobile device owners.
The main functionalities are the possibility of paying taxes and taxes directly from the application, the management of the residential or public parking (the ones with the subscription), the interactive module of notifications through which different problems can be reported, information about the public parking lots and the places available in real time, news from Sector 4, image galleries as well as the possibility to quickly call the Call Center of Sector 4 City Hall.
For the module of taxes and taxes and the one related to the management of parking, an account validated by the special operators designated in this regard is needed, being personal information. Validation is done within 48 hours from the registration in the application.
It has never been easier to pay taxes, taxes and fines directly from the application with a bank card. All payments are securely made through the partnership with euplatesc.ro and their registration in the system is automatic.
The module related to residential and public parking gives direct access to the online registration of the Department of Urban Mobility Sector 4, including the possibility to request a parking space directly from the application. Also, the data for an existing contract can be updated in real time.
The referral module presents some extremely important characteristics, in the sense that any referral reaches, depending on the type of problem, directly to the person in charge able to solve the respective problem. You can also permanently view the status of the notification, respectively when it is taken over by the responsible official, while it is waiting for settlement or when it is resolved. For each referral taken, an interactive dialogue can be held with the officials who took over the notification, thus generating a history of the dialogue.
The part related to the news in Sector 4 gives you instant access to everything that happens in Sector 4, to the projects of the City Hall of Sector 4 as well as to the official press releases or image galleries in Sector 4.
Public car parks are easy to identify on the sector map, with directions on the route to free parking, as well as complete information about rates, parking facilities, such as charging stations for electric vehicles and many more. You can pay the rates for public parking either by card or SMS, directly from the application.
