HomeSafe is a personal safety application sends SMS a guardian that a user of the app, as a child or an elderly/senior person has reached a certain location as a school or a hospital. It sends SMS or an e-mail about. The ability to send a SMS is a very important for people not having an expensive phone data plan. It also supports a round-trip mode with a notification when a person left a certain safe location and then returned back, for example went for a walk. The app doesn't use the Internet at all and monitors a location when a user requested.

Since Google do not allow to send SMS, you can side load the app with send SMS ability from GitHub.
