Story:
The death of Typhus the World-Breaker brought peace to the world of Ambrose--temporarily.
Three months after the events of Knight Bewitched, mercenaries Rae and Alex are hired by the Deepforge Expedition to explore the ruins of an ancient Halonian temple. Beneath the temple is an entrance to the Ambrose Underworld and the expedition's target, the lost fortress Deepforge I.
Though Deepforge I is successfully reclaimed, questions arise after the discovery of a mysterious cult embedded within the expedition. Now Rae and Alex, alongside heroes Ruth, Gwen and other allies, must investigate and discover the truth behind the cult and the Deepforge Expedition before it's too late.

Level 18 stuck in DeepForge looking for infiltrator. Talked to all DeepForge NPCs and still no way out DeepForge castle and no infiltrator found. I had to go back and play Knights Bewitched Deluxe Ed first time ever and found out it's much more balanced game overall and no getting stuck either. My verdict is the original game deluxe version is the better of these two.

It's not bad and I had this on my wishlist mainly due to wanting to try out the new equipment based items hoping for some magic based gear. Sort of cures that old school RPG itch. I'd say my only complaint is that it's a tad short 10+ hrs to complete vs some 40+ hrs that I would like to see. Quite similar to Dragon Quest 1 but a dollar cheaper and not nearly as well known. Graphics are better, but DQ you get killed a lot more making it a little more challenging. Party now lvl 17 and killed once.
