Coban's holiday - the first brand of Serbian fast food
From the Serbian meadows come products that are the forerunners of our today's "fast food". The nature of the work of livestock workers required the preparation of food in the form "pack and bring to the meadow". A meal that would keep them strong throughout the day was easily prepared and easy to wear, long lasting, tasty and healthy. Since the shoemakers did not return before the sunset, they would dine in the tasty prosciutto with a lepidly-coated cream and enriched with water, in a deep shade, leaning against a tree.
After ten years of work, the restaurant "Đuričić" started the first and currently only brand of authentic Serbian fast food - "Čobanov odmor" and thus created a new recognizable name in order to affirm Serbia and its traditional products.
Tradition
The right from the rich regions of western Serbia that make Tara, Zlatibor and Povlen, "Čobanov odmor" today revives the tradition of preparing cream, cheese, smoked ham, baking and other specialties and offers products of established quality and unique taste.
