"Za Moj Grad" is a specially developed free application that serves as a platform for communication between citizens, school children, parents, teaching staff and tourists with local self-government or competent services, with the aim of improving the safety of citizens and children, and to improve conditions environment.
The application allows users to report incident situations they notice in their environment at any time, and the local government and competent services to learn about the existence of reported incidents. At the same time, the application enables the exchange of information related to a certain territory under the jurisdiction of the local self-government:
• about the state of safety of school children on the roads to school (traffic, stray dogs, areas with poor visibility or lack of lighting, lack of sidewalks, poor conditions in public transport...),
• about deficiencies in a certain area (traffic, communal, construction and repair of roads, streets and parking lots),
• about tourist locations and public events where certain problems and deficiencies were observed (lack of accommodation capacity, quality of transportation...),
• about proposals and opportunities for improving the tourist offer (customized information about the offer or event...).
The aim of the application is to raise awareness of road safety among children and their parents and to better protect children on their daily journey to school, to enable citizens to point out perceived shortcomings related to daily life in a certain area, to enable tourists and event visitors to enter applications for locations where they have noticed problems or potential opportunities for improving the tourist offer.
Users can quickly and easily report potential problems from any device connected to the Internet - via computers, smartphones and tablets, using 5 modules:
• Schoolboy - communication with schoolchildren, their parents and teaching staff,
• Utilities - report and analysis of utility problems,
• Traffic - report and analysis of problems on roads/roads,
• Visitor - problem reporting during manifestations and various social events or
tours of tourist sites,
• Moderation - review, modification and, if necessary, deletion of received applications, reporting and statistics.
