The Resource Center Alliance TOS Yekaterinburg is an autonomous non-profit organization that contributes to the effective work of TOS located in Yekaterinburg.
The main goal of the Alliance Resource Center is to provide support to TPSG bodies in organizing their activities while maintaining their full independence. The Alliance does not substitute for TPSG bodies, it cooperates with them in the following areas:
- methodological and organizational assistance during TPS meetings and conferences;
- generalization and systematization of citizens' appeals through TPSG on the topics of housing and communal issues and improvement;
- formation of initiative budgeting projects. Full cycle of running these projects through competitive procedures with further implementation and a report;
- preparation of legal and accounting reports of TPS bodies.
Alliance TOS Yekaterinburg plans to publish a periodical, which will summarize the experience of TOS, publish changes in legislation and other useful information in the field of housing and communal services.
