CPU FreqScale (ROOT)

My Android car device came with "performance" CPU scale mode and heated a lot even in idle state. Manufacturer won't change this.

So I made this tiny program which allows you to change this.
Without root you can only chech current mode.

Tested with SD626 4/64 KSWLauncher device.
