– Keep abreast of the news of your home;

– Participate in voting at home;

– Evaluate the work of your Management Company;

– Send applications to the Management Company to call a master (plumbing, electrician or other specialist) and schedule a visit;

– Track the implementation of applications;

– Pay all bills for services, including utility bills, through a mobile application;

– Enter DHW and cold water meter readings, view statistics;

– Order additional services (house cleaning, water delivery, property insurance, replacement and verification of water meters);

- Issue passes for the entrance of guests and the entry of cars.

How to register:

1.Install the mobile application GK Expert;

2.Enter your phone number;

3. Enter the address where you live;

4.Enter the confirmation code from the SMS message.
