No need to look for the dispatcher's phone; take time off from work to call a plumber; queue up to pay utility bills.

Through the Spiers mobile application, you can:
1. Pay bills online (rent, electricity, etc.);
2. Receive the latest news of your home and announcements from the management company;
3. Transfer meter readings directly from your mobile phone;
4. Call the foreman (plumber, electrician or other specialist) and appoint the time of the visit;
5. Order and pay for additional services;
6. Control your monthly receipts payments;
7. Chat online with the manager of the management company;
8. Evaluate the work of your management company.
