Move Up (DV) Junior is a mobile app for everyone who wants to develop or improve their basketball skills, regardless of age or skill level.
The first version of the app is all about Ball Handling, which includes ball preparation without dribbling, basic dribbling (including basic translations), an advanced two-ball program, and the most common NBA player tricks.
Each program is presented in the form of video lessons with a set of exercises, for each of which accents are spelled out.
You can choose which program to start with. If you are taking your first steps in basketball, we recommend going in order for the best result.
Based on the results of passing the programs, you will be offered a test. It will need to be passed in order to get feedback from the coach and move on.
All exercises are carefully selected and combined into programs by professional trainers. In the application, you can ask the coach a question.
