Eco-bakery "Stork №1" - "Ossetian Pies" was founded in 2005 by enthusiasts of natural traditional baking, which set the main goal - to acquaint the inhabitants of the capital with traditional 100% natural ethnic Ossetian pies, baked pastries, cakes and culinary products of the highest quality.
Since the opening of the bakery to this day, the main criterion of work is the use of traditional, proven by time and many generations of culinary professionals, family recipes. It is fundamentally important for us to offer our customers delicious pastries, cakes, pies, and baking, prepared exclusively from natural products, without adding any artificial additives.
All our pastries are prepared only according to traditional recipes, because we basically do not use artificial additives in our baking, which are actively used in modern baking recipes.
For 12 years of its existence, our eco-bakery has turned into the largest Russian bakery of Ossetian pies and gave the opportunity for Muscovites and guests of the city to taste delicious culinary products cooked according to a unique recipe.
Thanks to our work, traditional Ossetian pies became recognizable and popular in the capital.
