1. The office manager / secretary of the company through the web interface (personal account) creates in the service a QR pass a new request for a visit.
2. If the visitor is already registered in the QR pass service and has the QR pass pass application installed, he will receive a push notification about the new pass. If the visitor does not have the QR pass application installed, he receives an SMS with a link to download the application.
3. In the application, the visitor sees a list of current permits. When clicking on a specific pass, the visitor sees a pass card with a QR code.
4. The visitor shows the pass to the guard.
5. The security guard reads the QR code from the screen of the visitor’s smartphone using his smartphone and checks if the pass is valid.
