The main thing in VLAVASH is 26 variations of shawarma and a size of more than 36 centimeters. We wrap everything you love in pita bread: chicken fillet, fried bacon, vegetables, falafel, mozzarella, battered cod or brisket (beef brisket smoked for 16 hours). Add peanut sauce, tartare, ginger, jalapeno or sweet chili sauce and the result is a large and tasty portion of the roll.
We closely monitor the ingredients of dishes and drinks, supplies and processes in the kitchen. In the recipe for VLAVASHE's signature sauce, we use melange, not raw eggs. Therefore, freshness and quality are guaranteed.
