In the Frisbee24 app you can pay:
- Housing and communal services: HOA/UK services, cold and hot water, electricity, heating, sewerage, gas supply, garbage collection, overhaul, security, parking, intercom, etc.;
- Educational services: kindergarten, school, food, sports sections and music schools, college, university;
- Transport cards: EKARTA (Ekaterinburg), Strizh (Izhevsk), Card 51 (Murmansk);
- traffic police fines;
- Communication services: mobile operators, Internet, cable TV, telephone;
- Home insurance: OSAGO policy, mortgage insurance.
With our application you can:
- pay utility bills and any other services remotely;
- after making a payment, view and save the receipt in electronic form;
- transmit readings on metering devices;
- track the accrual of rent at one or more addresses;
- receive an electronic receipt for housing and communal services;
- receive notification of new accruals for housing and communal services and other services by phone;
- choose a convenient payment method: by bank card, via SBP, auto payment.
To start using the application, simply register using your mobile phone number or use your personal account data from the frisbi24.ru website.
RENT
To pay utility bills, select an organization in the search bar and indicate the personal account number, or scan the QR code from the receipt.
Add payments to your personal account in the "My payments" section and track the accrual of rent at several addresses.
All payments can be made at the same time, for this, select the necessary services for payment.
TRANSFER OF INDICATIONS
For the convenience of transferring readings, you can turn on the flashlight. The easiest way to enter reading data is from a photo of metering devices using the Freeing Time neural network. If the time has come to check the meters, we will inform you 3 months before the expiration date of the devices.
ECARTA
In the application, you can save any number of transport cards, assign a comment to each of them for convenience, set up push notifications about replenishment on a specific day of the month, with a minimum balance or for the rest of the trips.
Top up ECARTA in a convenient way:
- with delayed recording of trips on the card: after payment, activation of the balance is required during a trip by public transport
- using NFC technology: replenishment will take about 1 minute, which makes life much easier. Now you do not have to stand in queues at the cash desk or additionally activate the payment in transport after the deferred online replenishment of EKARTA.
To replenish ECARTA using NFC technology, you need:
1. Go to the "Transport cards" section and add your ECARTA or choose from those already added
2. Click on "NFC instant recharge" and then follow the prompts on the smartphone screen: attach the transport card to the smartphone's NFC antenna and do not remove it until the reading is completed. After that, a screen appears with details on this ECARTA.
3. Make a payment for the required amount using one of the proposed methods.
4. After successful completion of the payment, select on the screen "Go to the record". If the payment has not yet been processed on the Ecarta server side, wait for the payment to load, which will be prompted by a service message on the application screen.
5. Next, attach and do not remove the ECARTA until the end of the replenishment record.
Done, the data is recorded on ECARTU. The balance in your Frisbee account will be updated within an hour, and you can use this card right away!
In addition to EKARTA, with delayed recording of trips, replenishment of transport cards Strizh (Izhevsk), Card 51 (Murmansk) is available.
