The application "FSIN of Russia - money transfers" is intended for sending money to persons in correctional institutions (CI) and pre-trial detention centers of the FSIN of Russia. The application serves all correctional institutions in all regions of the Russian Federation without exception.
The services are provided by NPO MONETA (LLC) License of the Bank of Russia No. 3508 - K dated July 02, 2012. The transfer is carried out using a VISA/MasterCard/MIR bank card.
The personal account of the prisoner is opened automatically and consists of the full name and YEAR of BIRTH of the prisoner. To replenish the account, it is enough to indicate the region, institution, full name and year of birth of the prisoner.
When making a transfer, you must accurately indicate the full name and year of birth of the recipient of the transfer and select an institution from the list. If the list does not contain the institution you are interested in, let us know in any convenient way. In the absence of the Recipient in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service, the funds will be returned to the Sender's bank account, with the exception of the commission for the provision of the service. The external bank commission is 5% of the transfer amount. The minimum transfer amount is 500 rubles, the maximum is 55,000 rubles.
