For more than 10 years we have been engaged in the production and sale of yeast-free eco-baking on spelled whole grain flour. All dishes are developed according to the author's recipe. The production uses organic whole grain flour. After long experiments, they replaced refined white sugar with healthy Jerusalem artichoke syrup. Most of the product range is suitable for vegans (contains no animal products).
