The Navigator "Special children" is intended for a family (parent, legal representative) raising a child with mental disabilities, including Down syndrome, information about social support measures, social services, services and organizations at various stages of the family and child's life cycle: prenatal screening, at the birth of a child, after passing the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission (at the age of 3 years), when choosing and visiting a preschool institution, educational organization, preparing for an independent life.
