The mobile application My Tasks UserSide is designed for mobile work of telecom operators, using the UserSide ERP system for their work. Employees will constantly have up-to-date information on the tasks for which they or their department have been assigned. Also, promptly, each user can send information and photos to tasks.

The main functionality of the application includes:

getting a list of tasks for the current date
getting a list of tasks for a specific date
view a list of overdue tasks assigned to this installer
the ability to create a task in UserSide
the ability to use google maps, osm
the ability to view on maps nearby nodes / couplings with a coverage radius
viewing a full description of each task from UserSide (subscriber, address, contacts, additional data, attached objects)
viewing fiber-optic lines, if they are attached to the task
viewing comments and photos for the assignment
viewing the location of the subscriber attached to this task
view the location of the node / coupling attached to this job
viewing the commutation of the node / coupling attached to this task
sending a job to close, after the completion of work
posting a comment to the task being watched
sending photos, completed works to the task being viewed
the ability to scan the QR-code / barcode of the equipment and transfer this information to this task
viewing the equipment assigned to the employee
receiving the signal level of the connected ONU (PON)
For the convenience of the user:

the ability to view the list of tasks in the absence of an external Internet connection
introduced the ability to color independently each type of task at its discretion
fixing viewed tasks
the ability to immediately call the subscriber from the task card
the ability to attach a photo to a comment or to a new task both from the gallery and directly from the device's camera
