There are seven breathing techniques in Dr. Nasedkin's cyclical controlled breathing. Each has its own name
1. Breath of inspiration,
2. Rest,
3. Diver's breath and
4. Energy,
5. Breath of determination and
6. Equilibrium,
7. Breath of sleep.
At the first stages, all these breaths must be mastered separately, so that the muscles involved in breathing become stronger and the body gets used to new loads. When you have tried to breathe each of the breathing techniques, the next step is to pair them and breathe longer in one cycle, for example, breathing inspiration and rest. The next stage is to unite in threes and fours. But an important piece of advice - take your time and listen to the advice of the author of the technique.
