We cook with first-class ingredients in an open kitchen. We don’t save on quality and we don’t intend to. Yes, take the same mozzarella - we could not find the ideal one on sale, but we found the perfect cheese maker. Our perfectionism plays into your hands: sluggish greens, drooping tomatoes and uncertain mushrooms have no place in our kitchen. Only selected bouncy ingredients. See for yourself!
