WHAT THE APPLICATION CAN DO:
The application provides access to the personal account of the consumer of housing and communal services. In the application you can:
• View accruals for the entire management period of the current utility company.
• View the current receipt for housing and communal services and overhaul services with a breakdown by item of payment.
• Pay a receipt for housing and communal services and for major repairs directly from the personal account of housing and communal services.
• Submit meter readings and view previous readings from the personal account of housing and communal services.
• Send an application for a car pass to the territory
• View the data of your MC, HOA: address, phone number, bank details for payment.
• View the base of normative legal documents regulating legal relations in the field of housing and communal services
• View the news of the housing and communal services sector
The work with several personal accounts is supported: you will see the data for each account separately in your personal account of housing and communal services!
HOW TO ENTER YOUR PERSONAL OFFICE OF Utilities:
By default, the application provides access only to the demo version of your personal account. So that you can enter your personal account as a tenant, your management company KEPK Manor must issue an access code in your personal account.
HOW IT WORKS:
The data you entered (meter readings) are sent to a specially created web service, and from there - straight to the management company. Thus, the management company will always carry out calculations using only relevant data.
The calculated data in the form of a receipt and charges are transferred to the mobile application.
