The application "My Home Online (MDO) - Employee" allows you to:
1) Create and edit applications directly from the mobile application
2) Receive notifications of new applications at the time of their appointment
3) View a list of your applications
4) View application details
5) Update Application Status:
- "Take to work" if the application does not raise questions
- “Snooze” with reason
- "Run" and attach a confirmation photo
All status updates and photo materials are received and stored in the My Home Online Dispatch Center (MDO), where the Dispatcher or manager can efficiently manage applications, as well as view the history and materials for each individual application.
