The Mobile Observer application was created to improve the quality of work of observers and speed up the process of obtaining, analyzing and summarizing information about election observation.
The application allows:
• find out news about election observation;
• mark observation points at PECs;
• report an event;
• send a photo of a copy of the protocol of voting results;
• send an appeal on organizational and other issues;
• find answers to frequently asked questions in the help section;
• read the memo of the observer.
With the help of the application, the observer will be able to mark his presence at the PEC, fix the opening and closing times of the polling station, as well as report events that need to be checked for signs of violations and emergency situations. The application provides access to methodological materials for the observer and a help section with answers to basic questions.
